TimesCard is a digital rewards and benefits program by Times Internet, designed to help users discover, track, and redeem rewards with ease. The challenge was to simplify a complex offering while clearly communicating membership value and encouraging regular usage.
Our UX approach focused on restructuring information architecture, mapping user journeys, and reducing friction across discovery and redemption flows. We designed a clean, intuitive interface that helped users quickly explore benefits, understand savings, and track rewards without confusion.
By prioritising clarity and ease of navigation, the redesigned experience made the platform feel more accessible and engaging. The outcome was a smoother rewards journey that increased confidence, improved usability, and supported higher participation across the program.
