Skyria is a young activewear brand built to empower real women through movement, comfort, and confidence. In a category dominated by idealised bodies and unattainable imagery, Skyria needed to build trust quickly, especially as a bootstrapped brand without the luxury of large marketing spends.
We helped reposition Skyria by shifting the focus from product-led promotion to a community-first narrative. The brand story evolved to celebrate real movement, real bodies, and real journeys. We strengthened Skyria’s digital presence, clarified inclusive design values, and launched #SkyriaTribe, a storytelling-led campaign rooted in shared experiences rather than perfection.
The campaign transformed how the brand was perceived, turning customers into participants and advocates. By grounding communication in authenticity and lived experiences, Skyria grew from a startup label into a movement-driven brand, fuelled by trust, relatability, and a growing community that saw itself reflected in the story.
