The engagement focused on redesigning core gameplay flows, streamlining team creation, and optimising interaction patterns. We reduced friction at key decision points and improved clarity across match selection, scoring, and player evaluation journeys.
The refined structure enhanced usability and made gameplay more intuitive. The result was longer session times, improved retention, and a more enjoyable fantasy cricket experience across user segments.
