Creaticity is a destination built around culture, retail, food, and immersive experiences. As the campus expanded, the need for intuitive navigation and clear discovery became increasingly important for visitors.

We partnered with Creaticity to design a digital-first directory and wayfinding system that simplified how people explored the space. The project focused on experience design and UI that brought together shopping, art, dining, and sports into a unified, easy-to-navigate interface. Clear categorisation, smart recommendations, and accessible information helped visitors make decisions quickly and confidently.

The result was a system that improved visitor flow and enhanced the overall experience of the campus. By making discovery seamless, the design helped showcase the full breadth of what Creaticity offers while reducing friction across physical and digital touchpoints.
